I fully agree with this. When someone is going on holiday or shopping they would compare prices. Quality will still come into this and parents may like decorating take three prices and compare the conditions and suitability to their family. Parents will as in many situations still go word of mouth.

They do visit and try to find what suit their child but the main issue they have is can they get into a place on the route to work by car, on the way to the tube station or close to a person who can take them. They do not have much time at either end of the day so need to have quick access. Some times the place is not suitable for their child
