    Children in England suffer serious dental problems by the time they are five years old, the Conservative Party has claimed.

    The Tory Party is not good in this area was it not them that stoped FREE SCHOOL MILK? Mrs Thatcher no less! It was Heath that reduced the SCHOOL BUDGET in the late 50's hence schools had to reduce their dentist and medical support in the comprehensive schools? So they have a long and poor history in not supporting children health!
