What do you think of the Budget?

Alistair Darling's first Budget held few suprises, but the investment in child poverty at a time when spending is tight is welcome, even it if won't be enough to meet the 2010 target. What would you like to have seen?

I would like to have seen the budget greatly improve the personal tax allowance for all  - this would make going to work even for low paid jobs more acceptable for anyone!

Families need to have members working within them, to raise their own standards and keep themselves and their children out of poverty.

it would seem that children who grow up in non working families have a lack of positive, productive role models.
