According the the link and FAQ's it looks like funding has been allocated already am I right in saying this? Similarly the enterprise and development centre where I work applied for Adult Learning funds last year, they failed at the first hurdle because they couldn't prove they'd have sufficient numbers coming through - again tell me I'm wrong here but would smaller community based VCS organisations even get a sniff at anything like this?

can small organisations, ie one youth centre can draw down funding from this pot? Or is the funding being allocated to established organisations such as connexions oe entry employment?

would organisations such as a cultural trust be able to access this fund, and if so how does one go about this?
