I agee with all the initiative provided by the Government and other support groups, who have objectives to make young black men aware of their potential thus enabling a more confident transition in their personal and professional development. However, I am seeking to give my support in this area and I am struggling to get a foot on the ladder. I have managerial/project management experience and have had my own business along with other challenging experiences. Hence, I am passionate about gaining more hands-on experience in this area where I can learn more and develop further. I am particularly interested in Wandsworth councils and the work they are doing. Anybody with any leads or advice for me?
