    Sharon Shoesmith would probably win a claim of unfair dismissal against Haringey Council at an employment tribunal, a leading employment lawyer has claimed.

    Well yet again, it shows the corruption within the system. Shoesmith was in fact from a teaching background, so they can hardly strike her off the Social Care Register. She will be paid her fat cat six month compensation package and will probably come back within a few years and work for another Local Authority. No justice for a small boy that would still be alive, if she and her team of so called Child protectors had done their jobs properly. RICH REWARDS FOR MALPRACTICE.
